What does India need to do to boost domestic production of nuts and dry fruits?

Once only associated largely with Diwali hampers, dry fruits have increasingly become part of everyday diets now. Rising disposable incomes, rapid urbanisation, passion for nutrition especially post COVID-19 and the easy and quick availability of smaller, single-serve packs readily available to consumers within minutes through the rapidly expanding quick-commerce platforms are driving the shift.
